CAD Design

Designer makes the design using different software like Metrix, Jewel CAD, Rhino Gold, ZBrush etc.

Design makes the CAD design according to customer’s and according to image of designs. There are many things to keep in mind like jewelries height, width, length, diamonds using, jewelry size etc.

Final output is after making design in computer there are 3 files.

  2. 3DM File
  3. STL File

WAX Model

After making the CAD design it passes for the WAX design, to make the mold of jewelry. By this maker able to gives the reality look for metal.

Casting

After the WAX mold using chemical make the base for metal liquid to give shape to the metal.

Diamond Setting

Jewelry maker set the diamonds on metal by hand using different tools like for drilling, setting, holding etc.

Polishing

Rhodium
