  • Cancellation within 24 Hours: Customers have the flexibility to cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it at no additional charge. To cancel within this timeframe, please contact our customer support team immediately with your order details.

  • Cancellation after 24 Hours but Before Dispatch: If you wish to cancel your order after the initial 24-hour period but before the product is dispatched, a restocking fee of 30% of the order amount will be applied. This fee covers processing and restocking costs associated with canceled orders.

  • How to Cancel: To cancel your order please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will guide you through the cancellation process and provide information about full refund or partial refund (after deducting restock fees) whichever is applicable.

  • Refund Process: Upon successful cancellation before dispatch, a refund will be initiated for the remaining amount after deducting the restocking fee. Please allow a few business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your original payment method.
