Our pendants are sold individually without a chain. If a chain is included, this will be clearly stated on the specific pendant's detail page. If you require a chain and it is not included with the pendant, please contact us. We can provide a chain for an additional cost.

Yes, first you need to pay 60% amount of the total order value. Once we get 60% amount we will start processing your order. Once your order is ready and before dispatching your need to complete the remaining payment of 40%. After payment completion, we will dispatch your order.

Production of bespoke engagement ring or wedding band takes 7-8 business days. These pieces ship within 1 business day and after that it take 8-10 business days to deliver the product (depends on the country). Production of customized product or bracelet takes 10-12 business days.

Ready-to-ship product will take 1-2 business days to dispatch and 6-5 business days to arrive the product (depends on the country).
